Slow growing. Nice deep green leaves through summer changing to russet colored leaves in fall, plumed tails on seed. It is said to be a good deer browse, but I have not had them eat on mine. / Garden Notes:-My plants are making a nice, upright four foot shrub. Extremely hardy, dependable. Over time they may grow to the size listed.
