Common Name:-WOODLAND BEARGRASS / Type:-PERENNIAL / Light:-FULL SUN, PART SHADE / Water:-LITTLE / Color:-LAVENDER / Bloom Time:-SPRING TO FALL / Height-12" / Width:-30" / Comments:-A sterile hybrid. Silver -gray green leaves mound very nicely in early spring, then as the stems keep growing form a lower spreading mound to 30" wide or more. Deer and rabbit resistant. Long bloom season. It can occasionally root along the stems to give new plants to make a nice, small scale ground cover. / Garden Notes:-Cut back to new growth in early spring. It is one of the earlier spring blooming plants, so will need to be cleaned up in early to mid March to allow new growth to take off.
